PDP requested by an employer
October 27, 2009“I’m currently filling out the Bank of England form and it says to upload a personal development plan if I did one at university. Is there a standard format for these – do you have one that you send out to undergraduates – and do you think it’s important that I should do one?”
This is the first time I have heard of an employer requesting one.
